Press Release Summary = Vierling offers Ecotel GSM3-2 analog mobile radio adapter
worldwide

Press Release Body = Ebermannstadt, Germany - June 5, 2007. Vierling is now offering
its new Ecotel GSM3-2 analog mobile radio adapter worldwide. Ecotel GSM3-2 allows
connection of conventional analog telephones that support DTMF dialing to the public
switched telephone network (PSTN). Ecotel GSM3-2 serves as a useful permanent
fixed-network substitute. It is also ideal for connecting service vehicles, offices
at construction sites and weekend homes. Vierling is delivering the first large
shipments of these devices to Eastern Europe.

Easy to install
Ecotel GSM3-2 can be wall-mounted, installed on a desktop or used in mobile
applications. Once a SIM card is inserted, the device is immediately ready for
operation. Ecotel GSM3-2 also offers familiar mobile phone features not available
with normal landline phones such as access to mailboxes offered by mobile radio
providers. The standard version of the device includes a screw-in antenna.

Convenient solution
Ease of use is very important with ECOTEL GM3-2: If the telephone that is used is
CLIP-enabled and has a suitable display, caller numbers can be displayed. Echo
cancellation and a noise reduction processor help to ensure optimum speech quality,
while configurable local dialing codes simplify making calls.

Successful launch in Eastern Europe
"We are sending the first large shipments of these devices to Eastern Europe", said
Kosta Mirtchev, Director Sales Eastern Europe at Vierling. "The adapter is
particularly useful in countries where fixed network coverage is not complete or
where installation and connection charges for landlines are high. Ecotel GSM3-2 is
very easy to operate, making it possible for mobile radio providers to gain
customers who might otherwise prefer the fixed network simply due to the convenience
offered by a landline."
